2024 Montana FTC Championship Results

It was an eventful weekend at Montana State University, Bozeman as 25 FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and 36 FIRST LEGO League (FLL) teams shared their robots and projects from the FIRST in Show season.

We are humbled and excited to announce that we were awarded the Montana FTC Inspire Award. With this comes a bid to represent Montana at the World Championship in Houston, TX April 16-20. We estimate this trip will cost between $25,000-$30,000.

There are several ways to help us get to the World Championship:

  • Girl Scout Cookies – everyone loves Girl Scout Cookies. We earn 75 cents for each box we sell. If you know one of the girls on the team, feel free to order from them, or you can visit our troop site to place an order. In addition, we’ll be having cookie booths during the last 2 weekends of March. Details coming soon.
  • Donations – if you’d like to mail a check, please email us for the address, or visit our GoFundMe site to make donations to the team
  • Corporate Sponsorships – 50,000 people from over 50 countries attend the FIRST Championship. If your business would like to sponsor our team, please see our World Championship website and reach out to us using the contact form at the bottom. We’d love to visit your business, learn about what you do and share our robot with you.
  • Keep an eye on our World Championship 2024 website for updates

Congratulations to Team 10662 Lazer Sharks in Space from Eureka on being the Montana FTC Winning Alliance Captain and FLL Team 28682 WildCats from Billings for winning the FLL Champion’s Award.

A special shout out to our rookie Lillie and her FIRST LEGO League Team “Le Tech Croissants” for their 2nd Place finish in the FLL Robot Game.
